1. Introduction

Welcome to June Kids ("June," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will refer to that organization.

Children under 18 may only use the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and permit your child to use the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms on your child's behalf.

Your use of the Services is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features.

2. Description of Services

June Kids provides a digital storytelling and reading experience designed for children, supported by AI-powered story generation, narration, illustrations, and interactive features.

The Services may include:

• Story generation and reading experiences
• Audio narration and voice interaction features
• Personalized content based on child preferences
• Educational and interactive storytelling formats
• Subscription-based and free features

The Services are entirely digital. June Kids does not provide physical goods or book shipments.

Some features may require an internet connection. Your mobile carrier's data and messaging rates may apply.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, a parent or legal guardian must create an account.

You may be required to provide:

• Parent or guardian name and email
• Login credentials
• Payment information (if applicable)
• Limited information about your child (e.g., first name or nickname, age or grade, reading level, interests)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use or security breaches

June Kids is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Certain features of the Services may require payment.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Prices and features may change with notice
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support at support@junekids.com.

5. Children's Use and Parental Responsibility

June Kids is designed for children under 13, with parental involvement and consent.

Parents are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child's use of the Services
• Enabling or disabling features such as audio recording
• Managing account settings and permissions

We do not permit public interaction between children or messaging between users.

6. Content

**June-Provided Content**

All stories, illustrations, audio, software, and other materials provided by June Kids ("June Content") are owned by or licensed to June Kids and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee that content will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

**User Content**

You may generate or upload content through the Services (e.g., story prompts, recordings, customizations) ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant June Kids a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

June Kids does not use User Content for third-party advertising or resale.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, abusive, obscene, or illegal content
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and June Content belong to June Kids or its licensors.

By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

Upon termination:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, June Kids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to June Kids in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
